Bios
Lisa Gungor is a dear friend and heartbreakingly talented musician. It’s no secret that I have a rather sober view of reality. I could all too easily slip into the caricature of the ‘Grumpy old Man’, so I have to keep Lisa close to keep my heart alive. Her music is full of longing, touched with melancholy, and offers an invitation into depth.
Elliott Morgan needs no introduction. Deep friend, podcast partner and prodigal son (I’m still waiting for him to return to the truth of contradiction), Elliott has a profound love for everything non-human (animals and aliens). He is a host, writer and stand-up comedian who is unwavering in his desire to explore and enjoy the mystery that is life. I’m lucky to know him.
Ryan Nicodemus is a new friend who makes up one half (actually, one third now) of the hugely successful The Minimalists podcast. I could list off all his symbolic successes, but what’s important is that he’s such an open, caring and loving guy who really wants to help others.
James Spaite is someone I only met a few weeks ago. He turned up to an event wearing the t-shirt of a Northern Irish singer-songwriter (Joshua Burnside). Turns out James toured with him. Later that day I listened to some of his music and fell in love with it. You will too.

I’d like to invite you to join me for a relaxed Sunday afternoon of music, comedy and conversation. Why? Because I need an excuse to hang out with some wonderful people… but you can come too.
Ryan will be asking me difficult questions, Elliott will be talking about aliens, or something, Lisa and James will be singing and you will be having fun, or else.
