Salvation from Salvation

This week I look at the rich contemporary debate around theology and atheism. Here we look at what spirituality might look like when it is uncoupled from a substantive view of God as the transcendent. The thinkers I explore broadly move from a type of epistemological unknowing to an ontological unknowing that opens up a radical understanding of negative theology where God is not the other who is unknown, but the name we give to the unknown dimension of reality itself.
