Church of the Contradiction is a three-part event series taking place in a warehouse in Downtown Los Angeles. Through music, spoken word, sermon and ritual, each gathering will explore the strange power of lack: the gap within the self, the wound that binds us to one another, and the contradiction at the heart of the absolute. Rather than offering certainty, consolation or escape, CCon creates a space where alienation can be encountered directly — not as a personal failure, but as something woven into the fabric of desire, faith, love and reality itself.
