Curse Your Branches

Curse Your Branches is the first full-length album by David Bazan, the former lead singer of the indie rock band Pedro the Lion. It was released on September 1, 2009.

The album was initially seen as Bazan's swan song to Christianity. An album that marked him wrestling with his religious demons and finally putting them behind him. But he has since talked about the album less as a walking away from faith, and more of a loving struggle with it. A struggle that may well offer an example of what faith means.
