The Day of Salvation

The Great Secret is taken from a comic book I'm currently working on with illustrator Naters Art called Enduring Love. The comic is set in the Lonely Forest - located just a stones throw from the famous Hundred Acre Wood - and follows the exploits of various tragic animals as they attempt to endure the exquisite horror of love.

In the following fairtale I explore how the salvation might well be found in the embrace of finitude and the grit and grime of existence. What follows is both the comic book version (please excuse the typos, as it's an unfinished draft), and a version of the story I told live at a Pints and Parables event in LA.
